The quick and easy way to treat wounds—NHS-approved sterile dressing pads for cushioned protection that won't stick to the wound bed or surrounding skin

Choose Steropad wound dressing pads as the ideal wound dressing whether you're at home, at work, or on the go. Supplied in an easy-to-carry card wallet, these non-adhesive, low-adherent, double-sided dressings are ideal for keeping on hand to treat a wide range of wound types in an emergency or as part of an aftercare routine.

Steropad wound dressings have been formulated by industry leaders to treat and protect wounds with care and ease. These premium, sterile, non-adhesive dressings are suitable for a variety of applications and first aid procedures, including treatment of:

  • Post-operative wounds
  • Lacerations
  • Abrasions
  • Pressure ulcers

And, in some cases:

  • Burns
  • Scalds
  • Radiation therapy burns
  • Abscesses
  • Skin graft donor and recipient sites

Designed with versatility in mind, these non-stick dressings are ideal for a  simple and quick dressing process. Each dressing is double-sided, removing the risk of the pads being applied incorrectly to the wound. The dressing pad is low-adherent, so doesn't stick to wound beds, allowing for easy removal and dressing changes with minimal discomfort.

The internal dressing pad is highly absorbent, drawing fluid and exudate from the healing wound, keeping it dry and protecting it from infection.

These dressings can be comfortably secured with microporous tape or a conforming bandage conducive to an easy dressing change procedure.

Why choose Steropad wound dressings?

  • They are NHS-approved, quality wound dressings trusted by medical professionals to treat a wide range of critical to minor wounds.
  • Sterile and individually wrapped in sterilised medical paper for convenience, ease of use, and maintaining hygiene to reduce the risk of infection.
  • These wound dressings are constructed from a rayon pad with a polypropylene film surface designed not to stick to the wound. This low-adherent quality allows for easy removal and dressing changes with minimum pain and damage to the wound bed.
  • Their lack of adhesive means they will not stick to the surrounding skin either.
  • The dressing pad allows fluids to be absorbed, keeping the wound clean and dry. Their high absorbency draws liquid away from a wound with minimal leakage, promoting faster healing and comfort.
  • Each wound dressing pad is double-sided so a user can apply either side and not worry about which is correct, reducing the risk of incorrect application and disrupting the wound bed.
  • The dressing pad is softer and thicker than many wound dressings, offering cushioned protection for healing wounds.
  • They are lighter in weight than competing brands for ease of movement and comfort.
  • Supplied in a clearly labelled card wallet that is easy to store and take anywhere with you, such as a suitcase, handbag, or keep in your car.
  • Versatile size of 5cm x 5cm that can cover larger wounds or be cut down to a smaller size to cover minor wounds if sterile disposable gloves and disinfected medical-grade scissors are used to reduce the risk of infection.
  • Sterile, hypoallergenic and safe for use on patients of all ages, Steropad wound dressings are a great-value way to keep your first aid kit topped up.
